Our designs are original artwork created in the style of "pop-punk band merch" that draws inspiration from popular culture, theme parks, and other themes.
All trademarks and copyrights for the parks, characters, and officially licensed properties belong to their respective owners. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are buying unofficial fan art/parody merchandise.
Refund Policy - the basics
All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, limited-edition, and made-to-order nature of our Main St. Riot merchandise, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size selection errors, or minor variations in color or print quality that fall within industry standard.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, clearly defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., received a shirt size Small when a Large was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item:

Include your Order Number and a detailed description of the defect.

Attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
Upon review and confirmation of the defect, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement item or issue a full refund. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these criteria.
Limitation of Liability:
By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree that Main St. Riot and its proprietor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our merchandise. The use of our website and purchase of our goods is at your own risk.
